Stays of at least 7 days (arrival from 3.00pm to 5.00pm; departure at 10.00am) from May to September; of at least 3 days from October to April.

Each apartment is equipped with kitchen utensils: for the studio apartments (cutlery, 2 flat plates, 2 soup plates, 2 glasses, 2 cups, 1 milk cup, 1 pot with lid, 1 milk pot, 1 pan with lid, 1 baking tray, 2 containers for salt and sugar, 2 placemats); for two-room apartments (cutlery, 4 dinner plates, 4 soup plates, 4 glasses, 2 cups, 2 milk cups, 1 pot with lid, 1 milk pot, 1 pan with lid, 1 baking tray, 2 containers for salt and sugar, 2 placemats).

Cleaning of the apartment is guaranteed every 7 days with return and change of bed linen and towels provided upon arrival (1 bath towel, 2 face towels, 2 guest towels, per person).

The building has no lift. The condominium staircase is kept clean every 3 days.

Animals are not allowed.

No smokers.
