Located on the raised ground of the building, equipped with heating and air conditioning, the 25m2 (h. 210 cm) studio flat is perfect for a single traveller. Tastefully furnished, the studio flat, despite being small, has all the comforts to make your stay pleasant. Once inside, there is a functional kitchen equipped with a hob, a fridge, an oven, a coffee machine, a 24" television. Separate from this, there is the sleeping area with a single bed, the bathroom with shower and the laundry area (washer and dryer).
