Located on the first floor of the building equipped with heating and air conditioning, the 55m2 two-room apartment is tastefully furnished and has a comfortable bathroom with shower; a living area with a functional “L” shaped kitchen with breakfast counter, equipped with hob, a fridge, an oven, a coffee machine and a 43" television. A hallway separates the living area from the laundry room and from the bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed. The room is bright and airy also due to the double exposure (Vico Buonaventura and Via Van Westerhout).
